We are seeing an outpouring of support these days for positive actions taking place in support of peace in Israel/Palestine.

Omar Dajani, a former Palestinian negotiator, writes a long thank you to Obama:

President Barack Obama is off to a strong start in the Middle East. His decision to appoint George Mitchell as the U.S. envoy to the region reflects a commitment to serious and impartial engagement that marks a welcome change from the bias and incoherence of the Bush administration's approach.
